I was listening to the radio today and I heard about a great new idea for Halloween this year. Everyone knows that times are tough and there is only one man who can save us, and of course that man is Barrack Obama. We should all be good little Americans and support our president, so taking after his example this year I will be celebrating an “Obama Halloween” at my house on the 31st. What is an Obama Halloween? Let me explain, when little kids come to my door dressed up, yelling Trick or Treat, I’m going to do the normal thing and comment on how scary they look or whatever is appropriate given their costumes, but then instead of just giving them candy, I’m going to explain that at this house we are having an “OBAMA HALLOWEEN”. I’m sure all the little darlings will cheer and go, “MMM MMM MMM Barrack Hussein Obama!” Which will be just precious. Then I’ll explain to the kids that there are lots of children in America who can’t afford costumes and therefore can’t go Trick or Treating. I’ll tell them how tragic this is and how they have an obligation to help those less fortunate by giving up some of their candy and redistributing it to other kids. Then I’ll reach into each of their bags and take half the candy that they had worked for by traveling from house to house across the neighborhood! Naturally some of the kids might be a little upset that I’m taking their candy but I’ll just call them Anti-American right wing nutjobs and I’m pretty sure they will stop complaining so much. Redistribution of candy is the only way to have a fair Halloween, so I think everyone should adopt the “Obama Halloween” policy at their households. Of course if there are more people taking candy than producing candy we may run into some problems, but I won’t worry about that if you don’t! What’s the worst that could happen, it’s only Halloween?
